After breakfast, we'll embark on a day filled with spiritual experiences. Our first destination is the Mansa Devi Temple, a hilltop sanctuary dedicated to Goddess Mansa Devi, accessible by cable car (approx. 1 hour). Next, we'll visit the Chandi Devi Temple, another hilltop temple dedicated to Goddess Chandi Devi, also reachable by cable car (approx. 1 hour). Following these temple visits, we'll take a sacred dip in the holy Ganges River at Har Ki Pauri ghat. Our journey continues with stops at the ancient Daksh Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, and Pawan Dham, a temple celebrated for its exquisite glass work. As the day comes to a close, we'll be mesmerized by the enchanting Evening Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri ghat. For those interested, there's also an opportunity to savor local delicacies like kachoris, thalis, and chaat items.
Start the day with a 1-hour drive to Rishikesh. There, we'll visit Lakshman Jhula and Ram Jhula, two iconic suspension bridges over the Ganges River. We'll also explore Parmarth Niketan Ashram, a renowned spiritual center. After a fulfilling day, we'll drive back to Jaipur (7-8 hours). If you'd like, we can stop at local markets or restaurants along the way for some last-minute shopping or local food.
